Are you a qualified nurse looking for a new challenge? We currently have vacancies on Ward AM3, within our Acute Medicine Division based in Manchester.
AM3 is an acute medical ward caring for female gastroenterology patients with complex conditions. The department is a centre of excellence for Hepatobilliary and Gastroenterology and has close links to Endoscopy. You will see conditions in this department that you won't see anywhere else. Learning about nutrition and how to feed patients other than orally for example, TPN, naso gastric, PEG, RIG. You will also gain experience and learn how to use the various means of venous access eg IV, PICC, Hickman and portacath.

We offer a robust Preceptorship course to newly qualified nurses plus the opportunity to attend internal and external courses to improve and develop your skill set. The Trust is committed to staff education and development and so you can expect plenty of support to help you progress, including a PDP, ongoing training and annual appraisals. You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
