Two vacancies have arisen for part time band 7 District Nursing Team Leader/Sister/Charge Nurse to work for the Evening and Night District Nursing Service – 18 and 24 hours per week working a combination of evening and night shifts. You will work from Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (CMFT) and visit patients during the evening in their own homes to undertake nursing care.

You will be a part of the multi-disciplinary community integrated team working for Central Manchester Foundation Trust which is a leading integrated health, teaching, research and innovation campus in the thriving city region of Manchester.

You will hold a specialist practitioner DN qualification or equivalent and must be able to use your own initiative, work under pressure, keep to deadlines and have excellent nursing, leadership, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. You should be flexible and able to work as part of a team. We will provide a comprehensive induction programme and you will be appraised on a yearly basis with a view to developing knowledge and skills where appropriate. Car driver essential.
