You will work full time and will need to be flexible and adaptable as the role changes to meet service demands and this includes the ability to work weekends and nights although this is not anticipated during the two year training program.

The role has the potential to entail undertaking ward rounds and responding to deteriorating patients on the ward, seeing new and follow up patients in assigned clinics, covering the junior doctor session in the emergency gynaecology clinic, providing first assistant role in theatre but will ultimately be tailored to meet the needs of the service on qualifying .
