Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (CMFT) and the University Hospital of South Manchester NHS Foundation Trust (UHSM) will join together to create a new Foundation Trust in October 2017 which will be named Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust; subject to required approvals.   Following this, the plan is for North Manchester General Hospital (which is currently part of The Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust) to join the new organisation around 12-18 months later.

As a result of this plan, it’s such an extremely exciting and challenging period in the delivery of health and social care in Greater Manchester and one that provides a wealth of opportunity. Our new organisation will provide a single hospital service across the city of Manchester and in 12- 18 months will also include the services currently provided by North Manchester General Hospital.  These changes will make a real difference to the health outcomes and quality of life for the people of Manchester.

Can you - plan, develop and implement the provision of accurate, timely and high quality information and provide support to the NW Haemoglobiopathy operational delivery network in it’s objectives?

This is a 12 month development post that will open up the door to further exciting opportunities to you.

This role would involve being able to plan, develop and implement the provision of accurate, timely and high quality information to support and inform the business information requirements of the Haemoglobiopathy CQUIN and support the operational delivery network in it’s

Provide informatics expertise to the Division and Trust through the use of the Trust’s information resources, bespoke analysis and the establishment of new information requirements and reports when required.
