Ward 3 is a friendly and supportive 30 bedded neurological rehabilitation ward for patients with complex neurological issues over 70% of patients are discharged to their own homes.
We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team who aspire to deliver exemplary standards of care. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate proactive management of acutely unwell patients and patients with on-going complex needs. You must be a team player and willing to work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team members in delivering the best possible care for our patients.

You should be a motivated individual and adaptable in your approach to work. Trafford Hospital will offer you support from an experienced team of senior nurses and educators. A personal development plan will be put in place to meet your on-going professional development needs and we will provide a comprehensive induction programme. You will be appraised on a yearly basis with a view to developing your knowledge and skills where appropriate.
