This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and highly organised individual to join the Quality Improvement Team. As a valued member of the team, you will coordinate the delivery of agreed work streams including administration of databases, advanced level use of IT packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and creation of information and reports.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The workload will be varied and you will be able to manage any change in priorities. You will provide project management support the Trust Improving Quality Programme. You will support a range of small projects including: data collection, production of information and publications. Your role will provide administrative support to the Quality Improvement Team at the direction of the Programme Manager and the Head of Quality Improvement.

You will be someone with experience in the organisation of events or projects. In addition it would be of benefit to have experience in supporting the facilitation of group activities and presentation skills would be advantageous.

A key responsibility of the role will be to complete the organisation and admin related to the Ward Accreditation scheme and support the Brilliant Basics programme. The role will also include the administration of the Trust Quality Care Round (QCR) and Patient Experience Tracker (PET) question set, in partnership with the Programme Lead and Information Manager.
