We are committed to delivering patient centered nursing and take our service users views very seriously, equally we value our colleagues views. We promise to communicate effectively by listening and responding to comments and through collaborative leadership, we celebrate the achievement of our team members.

These include a comprehensive induction and preceptorship programme, clinical and management supervision, mentorship and coaching and clinical supervision and shadowing.
