An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced nurse, allied health professional or administration staff with a background in patient experience to join our Managed Clinical Service Quality and Safety team as the Patient Experience and Complaints Officer. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse teams across all MFT sites to support work streams to improve quality and safety across the MCS.

Key aspects of this role include supporting the Quality and Safety Lead in the in the management complaints and development of work streams that improve the experience for patients, staff and visitors across CSS. Other aspects include development of patient and staff experience projects such as ‘What matters to me’ and supporting Trust strategies such as the Quality Strategy, Equality diversity and inclusion , Transformation, Health and Safety and Patient Experience .

Interested applicants should have knowledge of patient experience projects and a proven interest in quality improvement. Additionally, knowledge of the NHS complaints process is desired.
