In order to support our 20,000 plus workforce which is one of the largest NHS Trusts in the UK , we are investing heavily in a range of workforce tools. We are therefore growing a knowledgeable and skilled workforce systems team to manage both projects and business as usual support.

We are looking for 3 motivated and experienced E-Roster Clinical Systems Trainer/Administrators to join our Workforce Systems Team on a permanent basis.

Your role will be

  • Engaging with management teams and clinicians across our 6 Hospitals
  • Training and supporting end users on workforce systems
  • Planning and supporting the implementation of the Medical workforce into roster system.
  • Working to ensure successful use of these systems in order to realise business benefits.

You will build strong relationships with operational rostering teams to foster transparency and consistency, as well as working closely with external suppliers.

You will have a strong background in project work, with broad experience of implementing workforce systems. Your excellent IT and communication skills will be key to success, and you will be great at building effective relationships at all levels. A flexible approach and ability to work well under pressure will stand you in good stead.
