Facilities Co-ordinator

A secondment position has arisen within the Facilities Team at Trafford for a Facilities Co-ordinator current Band 2 working a split day/evening shift 14.30-23.00 37.5 hrs per week.

Are you a highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed individual who is able to work under pressure?

To work as a part of the operational Facilities Team (Domestic, Catering and Portering). The Facilities Co-ordinator will be required to exercise initiative and judgement to ensure the provision of an efficient, effective, quality ‘front of house’ service that is supportive to the Department and. They will be courteous and caring to patients, visitors and all service users.
You need to be self-motivated and able to work closely with Estates & Facilities colleagues;

You will have good organisational skills, be able to work under pressure and must be confident in communicating to a broad range of individuals

Candidates must be reliable, flexible and have the ability to work alone as well as part of a team.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
