Whether you’re a student nurse or already qualified and looking to return to the profession, Trafford Hospital has just the job. That’s because, right now, we’re looking to recruit to our Rehabilitation Unit.

Join us and you’ll have the opportunity to work in our 32 bedded Fragility Fracture and General Rehabilitation Unit.

You will have the benefit of working in a multi-professional team including an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Therapeutic activity coordinator, so there are endless opportunities to develop your skills, knowledge and experience in this field.

To succeed, you’ll need to be committed to delivering high quality, patient focused care with pride and respect, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to provide evidence of personal and professional development.

For newly qualified nurses the Trust has a robust preceptorship programme and you will receive excellent opportunities for development. Along the way, you will be supported by in-house Clinical Educators and a dedicated senior nursing team who will oversee your training needs, supported by the wider divisional education team.

In return for your skills, enthusiasm and commitment, you can expect a truly excellent comprehensive induction programme whilst being part of a fantastic and dedicated team that supports each other and operates with consideration and dignity at all times. The ward offers opportunities for career progression within the specialty.
