We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Specialist Registrar to join the Oral and Maxillofacial Department at Manchester Foundation NHS Trust, based at the Wythenshawe site.

This is a replacement post for the incumbent Specialist Registrar who is currently undertaking an interface fellowship. This is a full time post, fixed term contract (as a locum in service) until February 2019. The post will include on-call (1:6).

The appointee should have a broad range of general OMFS experience. They will form part of a team and join a middle grade on-call rota.

Even though this advertised post is not recognised for training and is regarded as appointment for service, it offers opportunity in the management of diseases of the mouth, face, jaws, teeth, neck, and salivary glands. This includes oncological conditions involving tumours. Wythenshawe Hospital is the hub to these services, covering all of South Manchester.

If you can demonstrate good communication skills, have the ability to plan, organise and deliver competent and evidence based clinical care then we want to hear from you.
