Applications are invited for 12-month Senior Clinical Fellowship positions in Uveitis in Manchester Royal Eye Hospital, with option to commence immediatedly.

These posts provide in-depth training in uveitis diagnosis and management in the Manchester Uveitis Clinic, one of the busiest uveitis services in Europe. The post includes adult and paediatric uveitis. There will be opportunities for research including clinical trials.

Applicants will be expected to have completed, or to be near to completion of, their higher specialist training programme or equivalent in ophthalmology. Candidates must have FRCOphth/MRCOphth or equivalent.

Within this post there is opportunity for training in an additional sub-specialty. This is usually medical retina but other interests can be discussed. There is a busy medical retinal service including a bespoke Macular Treatment Centre equipped with excellent imaging modalities.

The posts are remunerated at £34,402 per annum plus supplement for acute services clinic.
