That’s because, right now on Ward 12, we’re looking to recruit enthusiastic and compassionate nurses to care for our elective orthopaedic and speciality surgery patients.

Join us and you’ll have the opportunity to work in our 20 bedded orthopaedic inpatient area and 45 bedded day case area. The ward has some great accolades including gold accreditations for achievement in excellence. As a team we are proud to celebrate achievements of our team members and are committed to staff wellbeing.

You will have the benefit of working in a multi-professional team including specialist nurse, advanced nurse practitioner and therapists, so there are endless opportunities to develop your skills, knowledge and experience in this field.

To succeed, you’ll need to be committed to delivering high quality, patient focused care with pride and respect, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to provide evidence of personal and professional development.

For newly qualified nurses the Trust has a robust preceptorship programme and you will receive excellent opportunities for development. Along the way, you will be supported by in-house Clinical Educators and a named mentor who will oversee your training needs, supported by the wider divisional education team.
