This is an exciting opportunity to join an enthusiastic, well-motivated and generally awesome team at NWTS. This is a full time 10 Programmed Activity (PA) post in Paediatric Intensive Care Transport Medicine and Paediatric Intensive Care Medicine. Applicants for this post must have in-depthexperience in paediatric intensive care covering medical, surgical, neonatal, cardiac, ECMO and neurosurgical specialties. They must have extensive experience in the transportation of critically ill children. As teaching is a major part of this role, candidates should be able to demonstrate particular skills and an enthusiasm for this.

There is potential for 2 posts job sharing between the transport service and a PIC Department (Alder Hey Children’s Hospital, Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital or Royal Stoke University Hospital) with a minimum of 50% time worked for NWTS.  Successful candidates’ allocation to PICU will be based on relevant experience and approval by the relevant Clinical Lead for Critical Care.
