An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 2 year secondment into the post of Matron, Policy Harmonisation.

Are you good with detail, and enjoy working with clinical teams to ensure policies are robust and evidenced based? If so, this secondment is the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your skills.

Working to the Head of Nursing for Clinical Due Diligence, this post holder will be required to work across sites to support the harmonisation of policies required as part of the Single Hospital Service.

Candidates must have experience of Policy development, have good word processing skills, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
