Do you have a good level of education, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a flair for delivering the very best customer care? Then consider a move to the Department of Reproductive Medicine as a Clerical Officer.

As part of the admin/clerical team, we will look to you to cover the reception area, meet and greet patients and provide clear information and directions as appropriate; hence the need for excellent customer service skills. Also, as part of your role, you will prepare a variety of clinics by requesting notes from various departments and ensuring they are prepped thoroughly. This is a great opportunity to make the most of your organisational and interpersonal skills and your ability to work within a large team and prioritise a busy workload.

The Department of Reproductive Medicine is an interesting area to work in and will present you with plenty of challenges. The role will involve working closely with the nursing team to support patient treatment requests, assisting with ward administration and theatre admissions and discharges. Whilst experience in this area would be advantageous, training will be provided to the right candidate.

Personal development will be encouraged through in house training and yearly appraisals. Please note there will be a requirement to work occasional weekends on a rota basis.

Weekend working will be required on a rota basis.

Although the post is within Reproductive Medicine, you may be asked to work elsewhere within the division.
