An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic Band 7 Lung cancer specialist nurse.The role is to work as part of  a multidisciplinary team, to provide high quality lung cancer care for our patients.

The post holder will have expertise in cancer care and academic knowledge to support their evidence based, autonomous practice.You will also posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The role will include in patient referral service, out-patient clinics and patient home visits. The successful candidate will be resilient, motivated, a compassionate nature as an essential component of patient centered care.

The lung cancer specialist nurse post holder will receive education and service development opportunities to maintain the high profile cancer service across Greater Manchester.
