We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join the respiratory physiology service. This post is based at Manchester Royal Infirmary and you will be providing respiratory testing, including spirometry and overnight oximetry, for patients at both Manchester Royal Infirmary and Trafford General Hospital.

Manchester University Hospital Foundation Trust (MFT) is the leading Trust for teaching, research and specialist services in the North West of England. We provide an extensive range of district general hospital services to the local population of central Manchester and tertiary and specialist services to patients from across the North West and beyond

Ideally you will have previous experience of working directly with patients in a healthcare environment. You will need to be organised, have good time management skills and a willingness to learn and develop. We will offer training to enable you to undertake these tests and you will work closely with the wider respiratory team.

We will provide a comprehensive induction programme and you will be appraised on a yearly basis with a view to developing knowledge and skills where appropriate.
