To be a staff nurse at Wythenshawe hospital includes:

  • 12 month preceptorship with an initial 4 weeks supernumerary status for all newly qualified nurses.
  • Ongoing personal development and support over the first 12 months including: emotional resilience, time management, holding difficult conversations and leadership
  • The option to complete a bespoke 18 month rotation across your choice of 3 ward areas.
